LEAN-44 incredible calories that really count

Other shakes on the market have 100 to 200 calories. How can LEAN do the job with only 44 calories? Some people might think, "Shouldn't I be using 2 scoops so I don't starve?"

Actually, with LEAN, less is more. Our LEAN shake is extremely stingy in calories but extremely rich in quality of ingredients that work to help you lose weight and body fat.
LEAN is a remarkable weight loss tool because you feel completely satisfied with so few calories.

Because of the high quality protein, you preserve lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn without even trying.

The chemical side of hunger

Let's talk about body chemistry for a moment and what satisfies hunger. When your body has all 9 essential amino acids in a shake each morning or for a hunger-busting snack at any time during the day, your body chemistry doesn't send you scrambling for empty carbohydrates and sugars to get rid of the voracious cravings. The high quality protein also satisfies hunger and lasts for hours. Those sparse 44 calories really count. Other cheap shakes have more useless calories from sweeteners and fillers that make you feel full. The whole idea behind LEAN is that you're turning your body into a fat-burning machine, so the lower the calories the better as long as the energy is still there and the hunger satisfaction is taken care of.

Use LEAN to avoid hunger anytime

One of the greatest enemies of weight loss is hunger and cravings. Skipping meals or snacks isn't smart because of your body chemistry. You may feel great skipping a mea...especially breakfast. You think at the time that you're saving calories.

But sometime during the day your body chemistry is going to start crying out for all the wrong types of calories. You can't fight these chemicals for long. They'll win every time. They affect your emotions, your energy, your focus...everything that keeps you stable. You'll end up bingeing and hating yourself and the cycle will continue until you break it with LEAN.

Fill that void with LEAN. Have it first thing in the morning. If you even think about being hungry during the day, fill that empty feeling with 44-calorie LEAN. Remember what you learned during IGNITE...you want 5 eating experiences every single day. LEAN is a great way to fill some of them quickly and easily.

The other great thing about LEAN is that it's part of CORE4...a complete system of weight loss. So you're not counting on a shake alone without the support of Accelerate and FLUSH. You also have CHEAT to help you lower the calories on everything else you eat. The net result is an amazingly low number of calories with no hunger and high energy.

ACTION STEPS:
1. File this article in a place where you can quickly refer to it to help you overcome the objection that there are too few calories in LEAN.

2. Collect your own stories supporting the ideas in this article. Write them in the margins and practice telling them on conference calls and 3-way calls until it becomes natural for you to tell LEAN stories everywhere you go. Listen on conference calls and collect other people's stories too.

3. Try multiple ways of using LEAN to keep your excitement high about the product you're your creative imagination busy. Share LEAN shake and smoothie recipes with members of your team to keep retention high. Share the best ones on Facebook.

The Amazing Benefits of Berries in Super Fruit Global Blend™ (Part 2)

Global Blend and XypStix™ both contain juices and extracts from blueberries, blackberries, goji berries (discussed elsewhere), seabuckthorn, cranberries, raspberries, wild bilberries, and strawberries. The pigments that give berries their beautiful colors are also good for your health. Berries contain phytochemicals and flavonoids that have amazing antioxidant properties.

Cranberries contain a substance that may prevent bladder infections. Raspberries also contain lutein, which is important for healthy vision. All berries are an excellent source of natural fiber to lower cravings and fill you up so you don't feel hungry.
Dr. Mehmet Oz sang the praises of berries in his recent TIME Magazine cover story: "Berries are increasingly seen as having a profound impact against age-related diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular illness, diabetes and mental decline, thanks to their high levels of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties."
Here's a rundown of the specific research on the health benefits of blackberries, cranberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Blackberries

• Contain antioxidant and antimicrobial compounds to help prevent infections and premature aging.

• The ellagic acid in blackberries may help protect the skin from cancer and may be generally protective from other forms of cancer.

• Anthocyanins give blackberries their dark color and their anti-inflammatory properties.

Cranberries

• Can help prevent UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) along with other infections, especially E.coli and H. pylori (linked to stomach cancer and ulcers).

• Can help eliminate streptococcus mutans, a bacteria responsible for tooth decay

• May help prevent stroke and heart disease

• Contain phytochemical antioxidants which neutralize harmful free radicals in the body and reduce oxidative damage to cells that can lead to heart disease, cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

That stubborn, hard-to-lose weight...Are hidden toxins to blame?

Everyone knows diet and exercise are important keys to weight management, but you may be missing important keys to weight loss no one is talking about.
In weight loss it's not what you eat but what you absorb that counts. Is your body converting the few calories you eat to excess, hard-to-release fat? Or are your calories converted naturally to fat-burning energy instead? You may have always suspected that you are getting the same number of calories as thin people, but very different results.

Are toxins and metabolic wastes inside your body slowing your metabolism and digestion? Is your body no longer producing the required enzymes you need to burn fat? Could it be that your sluggish digestion doesn't give you enough energy to even move, let alone exercise?

Discover the secrets to toxin-free weight loss no one is talking about. Learn why cleaner digestion and absorption of more nutrients may be the answer to waking up your metabolism. Find out why FLUSH, a gentle herbal cleanse, may trigger, all by itself, a considerable drop in weight. Why drinking enough water will immediately produce a drop in water weight.

Why you need both the Global Blend AND XypStix Xanthones and Aloe--2 amazing ingredients added to XypStix

XypStix are a convenient, affordable, and highly beneficial way to maximize your antioxidant protection. They contain all the ingredients and benefits of the Global Blend in a convenient power form, so you don't have to ship or carry the bottles.

Aloe Vera
The juice and dried powder from this famous, succulent plant has been used for millennia in cultures all around the world. While aloe is widely used for topical conditions, it has also been studied for internal use for strengthening immune response, cleansing, and improving digestive functions.

Preliminary research indicates that it improves blood glucose levels in diabetics. It also demonstrates blood lipid lowering properties. Studies have suggested oral aloe vera may reduce symptoms and inflammation in patients with ulcerative colitis.

• Detoxification and cleansing for improved digestion and elimination.
• It assists the immune system because of its natural antimicrobial properties.
• It has anti-inflammatory properties.

Xanthones from Mangosteen
Mangosteen is a remarkable fruit grown in Southeast Asia. It has been used by the natives of that region for centuries for a broad spectrum of health conditions including skin conditions, respiratory conditions, and joint health. The taste is said to resemble a delicious combination of stem-ripened raspberries and strawberries.

As early as 1885 the Illustrated London News published an article stating that "Dr. Garcin says the mangosteen is the only fruit which sick people are allowed to eat unsparingly; it is given with safety in almost every disorder."

Xanthones - These powerful phytonutrients found in greatest abundance in the mangosteen fruit, demonstrate unique and valuable health properties supportive of:

• cardiovascular system,
• joints,
• immune system
• respiratory system.

5 hidden reasons why your weight loss may plateau and how to bust through

There are many "hidden" reasons why your best efforts at weight loss using Xyngular products may plateau for a time. Here are a few of the most common ones and how you can bust through your plateaus and help your clients get through theirs.

1. You don't sleep enough
There are several possible reasons why poor sleep habits are sometimes a factor in poor weight loss results. Poor sleep means lower leptin levels which encourages roller coaster cravings. With lots of time late at night, you tend to eat more and you migrate towards bad choices like sweets and junk. Lack of sleep makes it more difficult to metabolize carbs efficiently. This helps you store more body fat, increase your insulin resistance, and elevate your blood pressure and your risk of heart disease. AXION, Xyngular Super Fruit Global Blend, and XypStix may provide those missing nutrients to help you get a good night's sleep.

2. You overeat before bed
Why do so many people wake up sluggish with no energy? It's usually from what they ate the night before when they were unwinding, relaxed, and unaware. Even a small late-night snack could upset your sleep pattern. Healthy sleep is essential for a healthy immune, nervous, skeletal, and muscular systems. Eating before bed can disrupt this healthy renewal or at least slow it down. Maybe, for you, it's smart to not eat after your dinner meal.

3. You pay more attention to your weight than your body fat
They only way to know that you're truly succeeding at long-term weight-loss is to be aware of your body fat, not just your weight loss. Weight loss, especially at first, could only mean water loss and no muscle gain. There's a huge difference between losing 5 pounds of lean muscle mass and losing 5 pounds of fat. That's why we recommend that you measure inches lost as well as pounds...especially in the early days of weight loss. Being aware of how much muscle you are trading for body fat is important over time. If you're exercising and gaining muscle but not losing weight, you may still be ahead because that extra muscle will compound your fat-burning. Try getting away from the scales for awhile and just measure inches lost.

4. You don't adjust your diet to your exercise level
If you train like crazy but eat too little, your body will rebel. For example, let's say you're a lean 200-pound bodybuilder that trains like crazy two times a day. Depending on your training and lifestyle, you could be burning 3500 calories every day. If you only ate 3 meals a day, you could be in serious trouble. You'd probably need 4 meals of almost 1,000 calories each just to keep up. So the more you train or exercise, the more often you may need to eat and the more you may need to eat. That's why we have 3 meals and 2 snacks in our IGNITE program. If your exercise during IGNITE is especially intense, you may need to up your calories intake.

5. You don't eat enough
Starving is the fastest way to weight-loss failure. It slows your metabolism to a crawl, increases your cravings, creates an energy and mood swing roller coaster. And it tells your body to store as fat any energy that comes in the front door. When you're doing well with your IGNITE system and losing an amazing amount of weight, it may be easy for you to become a little overzealous and think if you ate just a little less, things would go faster. Maybe you have just not been aware of how little you are eating until you realizing you're back in fat-storing mode. Try a plateau buster.

Konnyaku fiber, the main ingredient in CHEAT, getting good reviews

www.xyngular.com/lrivera
Dr. Oz recently did a television program on up-and-coming ingredients in the weight loss world. The show aired April 28, 2011.
His first guest on the show said that once she hit 40, she became hungry all the time.
Dr. Oz said that the reason for her cravings is likely the big changes in hormones that take place at her age.

Another dietary professional on the show introduced konnyaku or konjac fiber. She said that it is an incredible substance that keeps you feeling full. It also regulates your hormones and your sugar balance all at the same time.
She said that scientific studies back up the benefits of konnyaku fiber and have shown that it cannot hurt you. Dr. Oz said that his wife takes the fiber. He said it's the most potent natural fiber that he knows of.

The main ingredient in CHEAT is konnyaku, the Korean name for a plant grown in the orient that has almost no calories but is high in fiber. It becomes very viscous when water is added.

The dried corm of the konjac or konnyaku plant contains around 40% glucomannan gum. This polysaccharide creates a jelly that is highly viscous. This is what helps you feel full and reduces the caloric impact of up to 25% of the calories you consume.
Konjac has almost no calories but is very high in fiber.

On TV, Dr. Oz reported that konnyaku root fiber is used to make you feel full. This helps with portion control. He recommended that daily fiber intake should be 25 - 30 grams a day, and that is an important key to staying satisfied and resisting snacks. He also added two other benefits for konnyaku root fiber… (1) It balances hormones and helps regularity, easing constipation. He confirmed that it is safe and that people in East Asia have used this particular fiber for more than a thousand years.

Drinking Water Helps Weight Loss

Here's a common trick that dieters have tried for centuries: two cups of water before each meal. A study recently reported in Discovery News in 2010 actually gave hard evidence that increasing your water intake by this amount is a useful weight-loss strategy.

According to the article, "The reason could be physical. According to some research, water consumption might spark the body to produce more heat, boosting metabolism and burning more calories. Or, drinking more water might simply make people less likely to drink a lot of high-calorie sugar-filled beverages."

Water for weight loss?
If you don't drink enough, it's easy to become dehydrated. Many dieters have noticed that dehydration often mimics hunger. If you feel you're doing everything right in the Xyngular programs and you still feel hungry, it may be that drinking more water may help.

Jim Ayres has long been an advocate of getting a "gallon of water a day" when you're on the IGNITE. That's important advice.

If you want to lose weight, pure water may be one of your most important secret weapons for fighting off cravings and reducing hunger.
It's not just your weight that is affected by not enough water. Studies show that chronic dehydration from not enough water is linked to many conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, asthma, and others.

Make water your first choice for best weight management success
One of the best pieces of no-cost advice you can give anyone trying to lose weight is to switch from whatever else they're drinking to water. This simple tip is often the reason people unnecessarily plateau in their weight loss efforts.
Even so-called healthy alternatives like Vitamin Water, Jamba Juice, and specialty drinks found in health food stores contain far more added liquid calories than many desserts!

It's not just soda that's the problem
We've all heard that cutting out a single can of soda a day translates to more than a pound of weight gain every month...but soda isn't the only thing that can create this result.

All kinds of studies with children have implicated juices (even all-fruit juices) and flavored drinks of all kinds in contributing to their weight gain.
So for best results just switch to water. Try it for yourself and see.

How much should you drink a day?
If you are healthy, then drinking water when you feel thirsty could be an adequate guide. But here's another trick to tell whether you're drinking enough water:
Make sure your urine is a light color of yellow. Dark yellow urine is a sign that you need more water. If you exercise a lot or the temperature is high, you'll need more water than normal. Also, as you grow older your thirst mechanism becomes less efficient, so older adults will want to take special measures to assure that they're drinking water regularly.

Water and CORE4
Drinking Jim Ayres' full recommendation of "a gallon a day" becomes especially important when you're doing an IGNITE program or using any of the CORE4 programs to keep the weight off. High protein diets typically lack the soluble and insoluble fiber you need to stay regular and healthy. That's why FLUSH is part of the program...to keep your system clean and healthy as you replace carbohydrate calories with protein calories and go into fat-burning mode.

But what happens with added fiber and even mild cleansing products if you're not drinking enough water? Right. Lots of gastric problems. And even if you don't feel them, it's very important that you have plenty of water while you're using our products.
CHEAT is also a great weight-management product that requires lots of water to work most effectively. It's totally safe and highly effective...even more so with plenty of water.
If you're using any of our products...make sure you're monitoring your water intake...not just waiting until you're thirsty to have a drink.

5 reasons most weight loss attempts fail and what Xyngular is doing about it

http://www.xyngular.com/lrivera

So many people have tried dutifully counting their calories, eating low-fat, following the government's recommended dietary guidelines and yet they're still gaining weight.
They become confused, disillusioned, and give up. They may not even be willing to consider the Xyngular solutions.
What they need to understand is that there are things in their program that trigger weight gain.
Has their "diet" been making them fat
Most people see a diet as a short-term sacrifice intended to get the weight off. Most finish the diet, go back to their old eating habits, and regain the weight...usually with a little more added.
Xyngular weight loss is a foundational change. It's a change that people can live with long term. They feel satisfied and energized after every meal and snack...not hungry and ravenous.
So what are the reasons the typical "diets" don't work. Share these reasons with your friends, and they may be willing to try Xyngular.
1. People blame their weight on bad genes
While it's certain that genes have something to do with being overweight, people need to use their "bad" genes as a reason to turn to Xyngular for a much-needed solution. We all need to do something more about our genes than just complain about them or give into them.
2. They put too much faith in celebrity diets
When celebrities speak, people follow. The diets are too often extreme or bizarre and the results are disastrous. People use Xyngular for weight management not because they're paid for the bizarre press coverage, but because it's safe, it's science, and it works.
3. They use low-fat diets
Low-fat diets that replace fats with extra sweets and starches have proven over time to be a weight-loss disaster. The science is in. Low-fat diets don't work. Here's the best reason to have sufficient fat in your diet: if you cut out virtually all fat, your body will start storing fat. If you cut out the fat in an extreme way; you'll start to activate a hormone cascade that can lead to exhaustion, depression, insulin resistance, inflammation, memory loss, and so forth. Fat, per-se doesn't make you fat. Empty nutrition, too much insulin, and unhealthy fats do.
4. They skip breakfast
The only reason to ever skip breakfast is because all you're eating is donuts or sugary cereals. Skipping breakfast is the very best way to slow down your metabolism and help you store extra fat. Again and again studies have proven that those who regularly eat breakfast will have fewer calories throughout the day. Those who skip breakfast get fatter because their natural body chemistry forces them to have too many calories later in the day. They're probably eating too much before bed, which is one of the worst habits for those who struggle with their weight.
5. They follow general government guidelines
We all need to understand that one of the major functions of government and politics is to gather funding and not antagonize voters or powerful lobbies. Solid science isn't necessarily on the list of those they don't want to offend. The recent food-guide pyramids and plates put out by the government are compromises, and do not necessarily represent the best science. Try the Xyngular recommendations for yourself for a few weeks then try the "balanced" diet the government recommends with all its empty foods, high carbs, low fat, high starch, pasta, breads, sugars, etc. You'll be able to tell from how you feel in each program which one works best.
